Lacklusterband.com is now up and running. Some of the higherbandwidth stuff is still on the way, but the site is up and running for now. Simply click on the logo below to go there.

I seem to be having technical difficulties with my computer at the moment. I decided to make an upgrade since Comman and Conquer Generals is but a few days away. So I upgrade RAM, which means I need a new motherboard. Of course my original processor is SOOO ancient (2yrs old tops), that it is not compatable with the new motherboards. Why do we change these things? It's not techniocal advancement, because my processor is just as fast, if not faster, than what you'll find in any retail chain PC. Oh well. Long story short, my computer is being repairewd for "unknown" damages. So, the 2/14/3 launch date may have been a bit premature. Hopefully in the near future though.

02.01.03

Okay, February, 14th is the launch date for the new site. There will be two, both high bandwidth and low bandwidth, versions. As per below, many people have been, well, less than reliable, so I've had to learn how to do everything myself. So hopefully the wait will be worth it...

...more to come

1.19.03

With the linep changing so often this has been a rocky start to a new year. Bassists, guitarists, and drummers, all show promise and interest and then follow through with nothing. It kind of makes you wonder how they manage to fake their way through day to day life. Few things are more frustrating than those who value time so little that yours is of no sacrifice. Anyway, the new website is coming along... slowly. There's much more multimedia involved this time around, so the design and building has been somewhat overbaring. With all of this sensory overload I think it's about time to take a break. Though a few big things are lounging in the rafters, I'm just going to take them on one at a time. I figure if it works for superheroes it'll work for me. So first and foremost, the website along with new material to mark the event. From there, who knows.

12.29.03

We have acquire what will be the new home of Lackluster. Lacklusterband.com will hopefully be up by the end of the year along with plenty of new audio to mark the event. We are currently continuing our search for musicians of value (who knew they were so rare?), but hope to make some progress none the less. To those of you who have been checking out the "sister" site, YOU ROCK! It's nice to see so many people showing an interest in what we're trying to do, despite the unfortunate lack of new material recently. We'll soon have plenty of crap to look at and listen to, so keep coming back!

Drummer, Jason Stevens, has left Lackluster to pursue other interests. Hear his new band @ the offical "MV" website @ www.flagrantrecords.com/mv. This obviously leaves a critical role to be filled. Lackluster is currently auditioning musicians who will "have the ambition required to live up to ridiculously high standards." With this unexpected turn of events, other Lackluster related plans have been postponed. Work on a new CD and new Website have taken a back seat to the immediate needs that have presented themselves. "Fortunately, with the people I've been privilaed to hear so far, I'm fairly optomistic. It almost upsets me to think things could've worked out any other way."

11.05.02

Calm before the storm. Lackluster is pleased to annouce the addition of Jacob Johnson, an extremely talented individual who will no doubt prove to be an invaluable asset to the future progress of Lackluster. While it will be some time before the songs are all worked out, and arranged for live performance, demo versions of each song will slowly make their way to our sister site at HTTP://LACKLUSTER.IUMA.COM leading up to the launch of our newly designed website. All of this, hopefully, by the end of the year. For those of you who enjoyed Bender's "Nocturnal Transmissions," these compositions should be well worth the wait. Stay tune for further updates.
